California's 9th Circuit Has Ruled...

Hi there,

The federal 9th circuit, which admittedly is one of the most liberal courts in the country, has just ruled California's ban on same sex marriage is unconstitutional.

I think this pretty much gurantees a Supreme Court hearing.  In any case, it's good news!
