Nancy Van Tine has practiced law for over 35 years exclusively in the area of domestic relations. She handles diverse issues, including divorce and separation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child custody and support, as well as actions for modification and contempt. She also deals with enforcement and modification of decrees entered in other states, reciprocal child custody, gay and lesbian divorce, and complex asset division situations. Nancy also handles cases involving the division and protection of family assets and international and Hague Convention cases.
Often called upon as an expert to the media in divorce and family law issues, Nancy has appeared on “Chronicle” and “Geraldo Rivera,” in the columns of Margery Eagan of the Boston Herald, and on local Boston television stations. She has been quoted as an expert on domestic violence, child custody, infidelity and other issues in articles from Sports Illustrated, NYPost.com, Foxnews.com, and ParentTime, among others. Nancy also writes for the Huffington Post on topics ranging from domestic violence to alimony reform.
